One of four African countries at this year’s World Cup, they are currently ranked No13 in the world. This will be only their second appearance at the showpiece, having placed eighth at the 2019 event in Liverpool. They finished third in the NWC2023 Qualifiers-Africa, edging Zambia out of the remaining African spot for Cape Town.
